Horizon QCMS is programmed by Cynthia Fridsma.

Cynthia Fridsma has been a PHP back-end developer since 2005. With years of experience as a freelance PHP programmer, she decided to work on her own CMS system in 2010/2011. Horizon QCMS—a professional Quick Content Management System, with a built-in CRM module, a FormBuilder to create and manage web forms and visitors input, was born!

When tragedy struck in 2014—she has a tremor in her right hand, numbness in the fingers, and pain in her wrist. She had to give up her other creative outlets, such as photography, computer programming and gave up on juggling, so she focused on what she could do rather than what she couldn’t do.

Now, she's back, after adopting her new condition. She decided to work on HorizonQCMS 6.0, making it work under PHP7.

Cynthia offers her service and knowledge to you with three different service packages.

A fully managed hosting service for a monthly fee of $45.00. This includes unlimited site updates, webpages, web hosting, plus the creation of your website based on the templates available in Horizon QCMS.
An unmanaged Horizon QCMS hosting package, for a monthly fee of $15.00
Webhosting, excluding domain registration, for a monthly fee of $5.00

If you order an unmanaged hosting package, and you need help in customizing the HTML template(s) for your site to your needs, then you can contact Cynthia to customize the HTML template(s) for your site to your needs with your own company logo for a fee of $15.00

Being a professional programmer means you don't need to hire an expensive PHP programmer. Instead, you can reach Cynthia during office hours between 9:30 a.m and 6:00 p.m.

Cynthia strongly believes in the power of Open Source Software. As such, she won't mind sharing her knowledge and PHP source code(s) with you.
